FAQs

What is Ultimate Frisbee?

Recognised by the International Olympic Committee, Ultimate is a no-contact team sport, in which a disc is thrown within your team in order to score a goal by reaching the opposition’s end-zone.

Ultimate is self-refereed, putting into practice the idea of fair-play.

What does your child learn?

Playing ultimate not only helps the agility, speed, stamina and overall fitness of your child, but also helps develop the ability to work with challenges – whether it’s the dynamics of working in a team, or developing skills of communication, accuracy and focus but doing so through fun activities.

As shared above, the beauty of ultimate is that it’s a self-refereed sport – it gives your child the opportunity to inculcate a sense of awareness and responsibility.
